From Jakaya Kikwete's facebook page...

President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, reading a letter wrote to him by Khaitham Jumbe an albino during the iftar at State house special for less fortune children on Manday 13th August, 2012, dare s Salaam.

During the fiscal year 2012/13, the government plans to improve the quality of education at all levels, particularly in the areas of research, vocational education,
health, science; and special skills on mining, gas, uranium, iron and oil. This action involves laboratories renovation and availability of laboratory facilities and teachers in our schools, colleges, universities and institutions . TS
hs. 84.1 billion has been allocated in this area.

In this country, we believe every child has something to contribute. No matter what circumstances they were born into, every child has a dream about what they can become and what contribution they can make to our country. Whether that dream is to pursue a certain career, start something, build something, or create something, it all starts with the basic skills and confidence that only a good education can provide. Jakaya Kikwete.
