MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Introduction:
The purpose of the
course is to enable participants to gain requisite skills in monitoring and
evaluating projects through the use of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA)
where clear indicators are set for goals and objectives in a logical framework
matrix. Having identified and formulated reliable and accurate indicators,
participants will learn to develop measurement tools to collect and analyze
data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

Managers/Officers in all sectors who are involved directly in project cycle
management, project implementation and project monitoring and evaluation.

Comprises of short
lecturers, formal and informal discussions, presentations and group
discussions.
