Futari yetu ya leo tutakula wali, maharage ya nazi na mchuzi wa nyama ama samaki, unavyopenda. halafu matunda kama parachichi (avocado), papai, machungwa na ndizi mbivu (yellow banana) ni vema kama yatakuwepo.
Hakuna haja sana kuweka juice maana matunda yanatosha, lakini kama ipo si vibaya sana. Ila nasisitiza kunywewa maji mengi kama kawaida. Na kama utapata dessert ya custard ama ice cream ni vema.
